In what ways did Gabby and Isabella grow or change by the end of the book?
Despite being raised apart, what similarities did they have? Were they more similar by the end of the book than at the start? Did the characters offer any insight into the timeless question of nature versus nurture?

Re: 8. What ways did Gabby and Isabella grow or change?
Gabby and Isabella start from completely different places, but they meet somewhere in the middle by the end. Gabby softens and becomes more open to truth and connection. Isabella gains confidence in her voice and place in the story. What stood out to me is that they were always more similar than they realized. Their resilience, need for answers, and loyalty were there from the start. The book leans toward the idea that both nature and nurture matter. You can see both shaping who they eventually become after their reunion.

Re: 8. What ways did Gabby and Isabella grow or change?
By the end of the book, both Gabby and Isabella seemed to grow emotionally and become more understanding of themselves and each other. Even though they were raised in very different environments, they shared qualities like curiosity, resilience, and the desire to belong. As the story progressed, their similarities became more noticeable, suggesting that personality can be shaped by both genetics and life experiences. The novel presents an interesting balance between nature and nurture, showing how both can influence identity and personal growth.
